- This promotion applies to existing OnDeck customers (“You”). To be eligible for this offer your business must not be in default under the terms of its business loan with OnDeck.
- By submitting the name of a Friend to OnDeck as part of this promotion You agree to these terms.
- For the purposes of these terms, Friend means any person who owns or manages a small business in Australia that You refer to OnDeck and may include members of your family. There is no limit on the number of Friends You can refer to OnDeck, but OnDeck may decline to accept referrals in its sole discretion.
- If You have a Friend who You believe is interested in obtaining a loan, You may, with the consent of your Friend, provide OnDeck with the name and contact details of your Friend by completing the online form above. You warrant to OnDeck that your Friend has expressly requested for OnDeck to contact with them to discuss their loan options.
- If your Friend applies for and obtains a (funded) loan (during the “Promotion Period”) they will receive a $500 discount on the origination fee of that loan and You will receive the $500 Gift Card.
- Gift Cards are issued by Prezzee under their Terms of Sale and Terms of Service.
- Gift Cards will be emailed to the email address You provide in the online form within one (1) calendar month of the day your Friend’s loan is funded.
